We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted via standard 128-bit technology and transmitted to directly to ANZ bank in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page. 

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

PRIVACY

We are fully committed to protecting your privacy. We use secure socket layer (SSL) technology to help keep the personal information you provide on this site secure. Any personal information that you submit will be used to process your orders and to communicate with you. We are not involved in unauthorised use of personal information, including selling it, trading it, or other unauthorised uses.

Should you wish to be excluded from any e-mail newsletters, please follow the "Unsubscribe" link on the base of the email.

DELIVERY

Orders are delivered by Australia Post. Allow 5-7 working days for delivery.

Standard Post - $5.95 to anywhere in Australia
No insurance applies to this method of postage – Eleven Eleven Imports does not accept any responsibility for goods lost/delayed should this method of postage be selected.

Registered Post - $9.95 to anywhere in Australia
Includes insurance of goods up to the value of $200.00 to anywhere in Australia. Signature is required on delivery.
 
No postage charges on orders over $500.00.

RETURNS

Retail Customers

  • We will refund or replace defective goods provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging within 21 days of delivery, unworn and unwashed.
  • Prior to mailing the goods, please indicate the reason for the return in writing, quoting the invoice number to info@eleveneleven.net.au
  • We will refund payment once the goods have been received and processed.
  • Eleven Eleven Imports cannot take responsibilty for returned goods that don't reach us, for this reason we strongly recommend using a traceable delivery method such as Registered Post.

Wholesalers

  • All returns not arising from product faults are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
  • All return freight costs to be borne by the customer.
  • All returned goods must be returned in a saleable condition and in original undamaged & unopened packaging.
  • The invoice and return authorisation reference must accompany the goods. Any goods damaged by 3rd party carriers are not returnable.
